I'm going to explain the difference between 

 

c'è e ci sono. So that means “there is” and 

 

“there are”.

也就是"那儿有..."。

 

So c'è is used with the singular nouns. For 

 

example, c'è una penna sul tavolo.

 

c'è后面跟单数名词。比如：桌上有支笔。
